Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). Transfers initiated outside these hours may be processed the following business morning. lgolux does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded. lgolux reserves the right to request proof of payment ownership at any time.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via your Account dashboard. To process a withdrawal, you must meet the following conditions:
Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 hours for KYC-verified accounts during operational hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. lgolux does not charge withdrawal fees. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000; maximum withdrawal per transaction varies by payment method.
lgolux operates under strict anti-money-laundering regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1× rollover) before the deposited amount becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "20× bonus amount"). This means you must place bets totaling 20 times the bonus value before the bonus funds and any associated winnings become withdrawable. Different bet types and games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements — see individual promotion terms for details.
Bonuses must be manually activated from the Promotions section of your Account unless otherwise stated. Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time. You may not "stack" multiple bonuses simultaneously.
Bonuses are available to eligible users only. lgolux reserves the right to exclude certain users from promotional offers based on account history, betting patterns, or compliance status. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion repeatedly, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and potential Account closure.
All bonuses have a defined validity period (typically 7–30 days from activation). If wagering requirements are not completed within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from your Account.
Requesting a withdrawal before completing bonus wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings. Only your original deposited funds (minus any bets placed) will remain withdrawable.
All bets placed on the lgolux Platform are subject to acceptance by lgolux. lgolux reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
Sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body at the conclusion of the event. For football (soccer) bets, regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) is the default unless "including extra time" or "including penalties" is explicitly stated in the market description.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as captured by video stream. All RNG games offered on lgolux are independently audited and certified for fairness.
Togel (lottery) draw results are published immediately following each official draw. Results are considered final and binding once published on the Platform.
If a sports event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. Specific sports may have different rules — consult the sportsbook rules page for details.
In multi-leg bets (mix parlay / accumulators), if one or more selections are voided, the bet will be recalculated at reduced odds excluding the voided selections, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lgolux Platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or permanent Account closure:

lgolux does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, lgolux shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
lgolux shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, internet service provider failures, or cyberattacks.
You may close your lgolux Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with active bonuses, pending bets, or unresolved disputes may not be closed until these issues are resolved.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lgolux holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

lgolux will investigate and respond to all complaints within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter to our licensing authority for independent review. Contact details for the licensing authority are available upon request.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against lgolux.
